ABOUT RUTH TARR

As the owner and principal broker of Tarr Realty NW I take great pride in the quality of service and expertise that we offer.

Though I was born in Virginia, I have lived in Portland since I was 5. My husband and I have raised our children here and can't imagine living anywhere else! After graduating from Oregon Episcopal High School and Willamette University and the College of William and Mary, I owned a marketing company, Progressive Marketing Concepts, for 13 years before obtaining my real estate license. I have been a licensed Realtor for 19 years and have a complete portfolio of service providers; am a member of the Master's Circle Club; Portland Monthly Five Star Award Winner. Also, I am the co-chair of the Breast Center Advisory Board and on the Providence St. Vincent Council of Trustees.

When I am not working, I spend my time volunteering, traveling, golfing, cooking, working out and spending time with family and friends. I am proud to say that I am on the Advisory Board for the Breast Center at Providence St. Vincent’s Hospital and supports See You At The Summit Charity which helps teenagers battling cancer. I have volunteered in the past for Doerrnbecher’s Children’s Hospital and Medical Teams International.

As a top producer my love of buying and selling homes is apparent in every step of every transaction. I pride myself on being relationship driven, not transaction driven.

ABOUT COLLEEN LARSON

Originally from Vancouver, Washington I have lived in the Portland Metropolitan area for the past 30 years. I love living in the Northwest, and am well versed in all the unique neighborhoods of Portland as well as the surrounding cities. I have extensive experience in marketing, real estate appraisal, property management, development, and design/staging work. Selling real estate was a natural progression for me.

I enjoy the process of searching for the home that best fits your needs; whether it's a first home, new construction, stepping-up, downsizing, or investing. ABOUT DODIE JENSEN

Growing up, we lived in many different countries, finally settling in Northern California where I attended high school. I moved to Oregon where I earned my BSN at University of Portland—becoming a registered nurse. I loved working with patients and their families, and now I focus on helping people sell their home and/or find their dream home.

I am familiar with the many faces of the Portland metro area—having lived in North Portland, as well as the east side and most currently on the west side of Portland. I have been married to a wonderful man for 37 years, raising three incredible children and now enjoy the life of being a nana as well as mom! With my free time, I like to hike, volunteer, bake, garden, travel and especially enjoy hanging out with my family, grandchildren and grand dog! I am fortunate to be working at Tarr Realty NW along side my friend and mentor, Ruth Tarr, and Colleen Larson. I bring integrity, hard work, energy and creativity to my work.
